Overview Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Knowledge Lead Claims Specialist for GGB UK – Specialty Claims vertical. As the GGB UK – Specialty Claims vertical, you will be responsible for handling complex claims and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, Clients, Insurers etc. You will be managing end to end claims for UK. You will ensure the smooth and productive transition & delivery of various shared services functions to internal stakeholders. Your role will involve driving claims for UK location. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus within the shared services team. You will be interacting with the team who are present in India and UK Exposure to End to End Claims Handling is a definite plus. Proficient in handling and avoiding risk event or sanctions. Conduct trainings to enhance knowledge and timely submission of reports. Perparing and presentation of process maps, process flow, SOP,



Adoc Claims related activities etc How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:
• Meeting expectations of various stakeholders (Internal and External), Organisation and various Clients.
• Contributes to achieve the Service level agreements, Key Performance indicators and business objectivesa
• Ensuring smooth transition of account including preparation of all relevant documents
• Regular monitoring of various claims and debts reports to ensure all guidelines from FCA are met.
• Adheres to claims compliance requirements
• End to end claims handling and communication with Clients
• Review and presentation of various reports
• Should have attention to detail and accurate in claims activities.
• Should be aware of London Markets, SNAD and their dealings, how rejection are dealt etc
• Should have knowledge of CAR, Liability, Reinsurance, Property, Cyber, Bordereau, D&O;, Claims made policies,
• Professional Risk, Finanacial Risk, Aerospace, Onshore and Off shore claims Competencies: Communication

Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills Technical Knowledge: Proficient understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and exclusions. Mentoring and Training:

Qualifications:
• Minimum Required Degree: Any Graduate
• Minimum 7-9years of Claims handling
• Atleast 5year in End to End claims handling
