Job Description – Brand Strategist

Filter You is seeking a Brand Strategist - a cross functional idea champion of sorts,who will play a pivotal role in driving our pre-sales and strategic growth initiatives with the brands we work with.

We're looking for someone who makes us stop and think, How did you come up with that Someone who creates ideas that make clients say, Yeh Idea acha hai, and then transforms those ideas into a full-blown, unforgettable campaign, all while bringing collaborative spirit, ownership, and hustle energy to the table.

Someone who is a Jack of all Trades and a master of few, this role is placed directly in the Founder's office, offering strategic exposure, and the opportunity to shape the company's growth journey.

A Typical Day at Filter You as a Brand Strategist would look like:

● End-to-End Brand Mastery: Take charge of accounts from concept tocompletion, seamlessly crafting and executing strategies that drive successacross all stages.

● Client-Focused Powerhouse: As the face of our brand, your charisma,expertise, and relationship-building skills will be instrumental in driving business growth.

● ROI Champion: Create and execute strategies that directly impact clientsuccess, delivering measurable ROI and driving revenue growth.

● Creative Visionary: Develop and present fresh, innovative ideas thatcaptivate audiences, differentiate brands, and amplify engagement.

● Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learningand adapting to the latest AR/VR trends, ensuring a competitive edge inthe marketplace.

● Results-Oriented: Set ambitious, measurable objectives and consistentlyexceed them, ensuring brands not only shine but thrive financially.

● Pre-Sales & Client Engagement: Drive pre-sales initiatives by understanding client needs, crafting persuasive proposals and presentations,



and communicating strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

● Content Proficiency: Craft compelling, high-quality content thatresonates with target audiences, enhances engagement, and strengthens brand storytelling.

● Industry Representation & Networking: Engage with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders at relevant events to strengthen relationships, generate leads, and create recent growth opportunities.

What We Are Looking For:

● Bachelors/Masters in Business/Marketing

● Extremely flexible - can wear multiple hats

● An individual with practical and savvy instincts

● Excellent networking skills

● Strong project management and organisational skills

● Min. 1 year experience in a Brand Specialist/Similar Marketing roles would be an added advantage

Candidates Must Be:

● Located in Bangalore (preferably in North - Around Ramaiah)

● Days of work: Mondays to Fridays

● Working hours: 12.30 p.m. - 9 p.m. (flexible to work in US/UK shift)

● Must be comfortable working from the office.
