Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, India

Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 IST to 3:30 IST)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with prior US staffing and manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across various industries.

Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to candidate submission and placement.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain regular communication.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements and meet hiring targets.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of US staffing experience, preferably in an RPO model.
- Experience recruiting for non-IT roles such as healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, finance, or administrative positions.
- Solid sourcing, communication, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work the US night shift from the Hyderabad office.
