Sudarshan CADD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated BIM Engineer to join our growing BIM team.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, develop, and modify 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure proper model integration
• Perform and support clash detection, model review, and coordination activities
• Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Maintain accurate project files, models, drawings, and documentation
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required
• Identify and resolve modelling, coordination, and documentation issues
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
Valuable understanding of engineering and architectural drawings
Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and 2D/3D modelling
Good understanding of Architectural, Structural, and/or MEP BIM workflows
Experience with clash detection and model coordination
Ability to review and maintain BIM models according to project standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle project responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
Ability to provide guidance and technical support to Junior BIM Modelers
