We are looking for an experienced Manager – HR, IR & Administration to play a key role in establishing and strengthening the workforce for a growing semiconductor product business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with robust manufacturing exposure who can take ownership of end-to-end plant HR operations, build robust HR processes, manage industrial relations and ensure a compliant, productive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Workforce Planning & Development: Establish manpower plans and build the workforce through effective recruitment, onboarding and employee deployment.
- End-to-End Plant HR: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management and grievance resolution.
- Industrial Relations: Handle workmen relations, union interactions, disciplinary proceedings, domestic enquiries, labour disputes and wage settlements.
- Statutory & Labour Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, Factory Act requirements, PF, ESI, contract labour regulations and other statutory obligations.
- Contract Labour Management: Manage contractors, workforce documentation, statutory records, audits and compliance requirements.
- Administration: Oversee plant facilities, including security,



housekeeping, canteen, transport and other employee welfare services.
- HR Policies & Systems: Develop and implement HR policies, processes, SOPs and reporting systems to support business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with government authorities, labour departments, contractors and internal leadership to ensure smooth plant operations.

What We're Looking For

- 12–18 years of experience in HR, Industrial Relations and Administration, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, electronics or industrial products.
- Strong hands-on experience in plant HR, blue-collar workforce management and labour-law compliance.
- Proven exposure to industrial relations, union handling, disciplinary action and domestic enquiries.
- Experience managing contract labour, statutory audits and factory administration.
- Ability to independently establish HR processes and build an effective workforce.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and people-management skills.
- A stable career record and the ability to work closely with senior management.
