· Overseeing and managing the comprehensive maintenance and operational activities of the facility. Ensures the optimal functioning of all building systems, coordinates with various stakeholders, and maintains high standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Systems Maintenance and Repair
• Preventive Maintenance Management
• Vendor and Contractor Management
• Inventory and Purchasing
• Safety and Compliance
• Documentation and Reporting About You:
• Intermediate to Advanced experience in Facilities management is essential
• Previous experience in a similar field is mandate to manage the role
• Experience within the IFM is advantageous
• Strong written and oral communication skills
