Join our agile Program Management team and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class vehicles powered by advanced technologies. You'll lead timing, investment, and cross-functional coordination from concept to launch—supporting major product milestones and business decisions.

What you'll do
? Manage project timelines, cost, and risks from Program Kick off phase to SOP Phase ? Drive milestone planning and gateway reviews ? Collaborate with PD, Product Planning, Finance & Platform teams on investment alignment ? Use data analytics to forecast project Risks, Workload, and Overruns etc ? Influence Outcomes across full-vehicle programs What we’re looking for: ✔ 1– 5years’ experience in automotive (OEM/ Tier-1 OEM), product development, or cross-functional roles ✔ Exposure to at least one full vehicle program or equivalent New Product Development (NPD) scale ✔ BE/B.
Tech (MBA/PMP/Scrum certifications desirable) ✔ Software knowledge: MSP, Primavera P6, Planisware, JIRA, Smartsheet, ASANA (portfolio) and Wrike etc. Experience 5-10 years Qualifications BE/B.
