Responsibilities/Expertise: Ø Request Settlement Statement from title company and prepare Closing Disclosures (CD) including loan terms, interest rates, closing costs, and payment details. Ø Coordinate with escrow/title companies to balance and update fees in the Closing Disclosure. Ø Assemble complete CD packages, including the Closing Disclosure and all required compliance documentation; ensure thorough review prior to submission. Ø Send CD packages to borrowers (Homeowner Review
- HWR) for acknowledgment, signature, and return to proceed with closing. Ø Prepare and deliver the final closing package to escrow/title companies, including documents such as Final Option Agreement, Closing Instructions, Final Settlement Statement, and other required disclosures. Ø Manage and clear Prior-to-Funding (PTF) conditions before disbursement, including updated verifications, final borrower signatures,



and last-minute compliance checks. Ø Review funding packages received from escrow/title companies to ensure all executed documents are complete and all closing conditions have been satisfied. Generic
