As per Market standard Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Support Executive – Vehicle Insurance to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with renewal insurance policies, understanding their insurance needs, analyzing risk factors, and recommending appropriate coverage options.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, well-organized, and skilled in negotiation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Process vehicle insurance renewal policies for customers.
• Understand and assess client’s insurance requirements.
• Recommend suitable insurance policies by analyzing risk involvement and coverage options.




• Provide transparent communication and support to customers throughout the renewal process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum Educational Qualification – Graduate in any field
• Freshers & Prior experience in customer support / BPO / insurance sector is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge ( excel )
