Role Description As a WordPress Developer at ROI HUNT, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites that support performance marketing initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop and modify themes and plugins, implement front-end designs, optimize site speed and performance, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. You will collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to translate campaign requirements into functional web experiences and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, where you will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality digital solutions aligned with client objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including Responsive Web Design and Web Design.
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, particularly in WordPress, PHP, and database management.




• Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, including site setup, customization, and maintenance within the WordPress ecosystem.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular WordPress page builders or frameworks is highly beneficial.
• Ability to optimize websites for performance, security, SEO, and user experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting.
• Prior experience in a digital or performance marketing environment and familiarity with analytics or tracking integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, pixels, tags) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our in-house websites and deliver measurable improvements in speed, design, and functionality.
The right candidate should be able to diagnose the root cause of a problem rather than rely only on plugins or temporary fixes. A strong eye for design, attention to detail, and practical coding knowledge are essential.
