Monitor resource mobilization plans (manpower, equipment) and flag gaps impacting milestones. 5. Maintain integrated dashboards and prepare governance packs for weekly/monthly reviews. 6. Support time impact analysis for changes/variations; maintain baseline and revision history discipline. 7. Demand recovery plans for slippages; track effectiveness and escalate unresolved risks. 8.
