Role Description The Deputy General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for key construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards. This full-time hybrid role is based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility as per project needs. Responsibilities include supervising project planning and execution, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and site teams, and monitoring budgets, resources, and compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. The role involves stakeholder management, including communication with clients, consultants, and government agencies, to resolve issues and keep projects on track.



The Deputy General Manager will also support strategic decision-making, mentor team members, implement process improvements, and report regularly to senior leadership on project performance and risks. Qualifications
• Strong project management skills in construction and infrastructure, including Design of Highway and team management.
• Proficiency in contract administration, design consultant management, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements related to highways, bridges, and large-scale projects.
• Excellent leadership, team supervision, and people management capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Understanding of quality control, safety standards, and compliance practices in the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with competence in using project management and productivity software.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field under progress.
• Relevant experience in a senior project or operations role within construction or infrastructure, preferably with highway or bridge projects.
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode from Jaipur, adapt to changing project priorities, and travel to project sites as required.
