4–8 Years ? Industry: MEP / Engineering Services We are looking for an experienced PHE BIM Modeler (Plumbing & Fire Fighting) to join our team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop 3D BIM models for plumbing, public health engineering (PHE), and firefighting systems using Revit MEP.
• Prepare plumbing layouts, drainage systems, water supply layouts, and firefighting system drawings.
• Create coordinated shop drawings, sections, and construction documentation.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with HVAC, electrical, and structural disciplines.
• Coordinate with design teams and resolve modelling and technical issues.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Support quantity take-offs and prepare schedules as required.



Required

Skills:
✅ 4–8 years of experience in PHE / Plumbing & Fire Fighting BIM modelling ✅ Solid hands-on experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD ✅ Working knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection ✅ Experience in water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems ✅ Knowledge of plumbing and firefighting standards ✅ Good coordination and communication skills ?
