Role Description The HR & Operations role at Inspler eCommerce Pvt. Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode, Kerala. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including hiring coordination, onboarding, personnel records, and employee engagement initiatives. The position oversees implementation of HR policies, supports payroll inputs, and manages employee benefits in alignment with company standards. Operational responsibilities include maintaining office processes,



coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting compliance and documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative support for project and team activities. The role requires close collaboration with leadership to support workforce planning, performance processes, and a positive, productive workplace culture. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong MBA Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including implementation and compliance with local regulations.
• Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including employee lifecycle management, engagement, and conflict resolution.
• Candidates should possess organizational and administrative abilities to support operations, documentation, and office coordination.
• Relevant experience in HR or operations in a quick-paced digital, e-commerce, or agency environment is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency with HR tools or productivity software, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site are required.
