Role Description JD:
• 6+ years of overall ServiceNow testing experience.
• Strong hands on testing experience in ServiceNow ITOM, including:
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• CMDB
• Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes and ITOM ITSM integration.
• Experience testing integrations with monitoring tools
• Experience in CMDB data validation, reconciliation, and CI relationship testing.
• Hands on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).
• Solid SQL or query skills for backend data validation.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationships Skills Integration Testing, SQL, ServiceNow
