Description Creative Specialist – Experiences Mumbai, India Turn brand stories into spaces people want to step into. We’re looking for a hands-on experiential creative who combines bold ideas with spatial design expertise to build meaningful connections between beauty brands and consumers. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you’ll imagine and visualize pop-ups, events, activations and immersive retail experiences—translating brand strategy and local culture into original concepts that invite discovery, participation and connection. What you’ll do
• Build the idea: Develop distinctive experiential concepts rooted in brand identity, consumer insights and local commercial opportunities.
• Design the journey: Shape how people move through, interact with and experience a space, making every touchpoint part of the story.
• Make the vision tangible: Personally create spatial layouts, concept models and compelling 3D renders, considering materials, lighting and product storytelling.
• Push possibilities with AI: Explore creative directions and simulate environments, refining ideas through professional design and rendering tools.




• Protect the creative through delivery: Present persuasive concepts and partner with production teams, agencies and fabricators to preserve the vision as it becomes reality. Qualifications What you’ll bring
• 5+ years’ experience in experiential, spatial or 3D design, brand activations or a related creative discipline.
• A portfolio demonstrating original thinking, strong spatial storytelling and exceptional 3D visualization.
• Hands-on proficiency in skilled 3D modeling, rendering and presentation tools, alongside practical generative AI experience.
• An understanding of visitor flow, accessibility, materials and build feasibility.
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with specialists on technical development, fabrication and delivery.
