About the Company
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Senior Production Managers to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure timely production, maintain quality standards, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in production planning, shop-floor management, and team handling, preferably in metal fabrication or sheet metal manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and delivery timelines.
• Supervise manufacturing operations and ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Monitor production quality and coordinate with the Quality team to minimize rejection and rework.




• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Manage and guide production staff, supervisors, and shop-floor workers.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and quality procedures.
• Track production performance, maintain reports, and provide regular updates to management. Competencies:
