Job Description
Discrete Manufacturing: manufacturing org/plant parameters, work definitions, work orders execution/closure, shop floor transactions, by-products (where applicable), and integration dependencies. Maintenance Management (EAM): work requests/orders, preventive maintenance concepts, resource assignment, status management requirements, and reporting needs. Quality Management: inbound/resource/asset inspection plans, quality data capture model and integration considerations. Cost Management / Cost Accounting: standard costing, cost organizations, valuation structures, cost rollup concepts, receipt accounting touchpoints. Supply Chain Planning: demand planning, supply planning (MRP), safety stock approach, planning run cycles, exception analysis tables. Interfaces and edge tools: operational integrations (e.g., MES, handheld devices/WMS, 3PL) as they affect business process support and troubleshooting.
