Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Finance & Accounts skilled to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and review day-to-day accounting operations and the maintenance of books of accounts.
• Oversee GST compliance, including return reviews, ITC reconciliation, and statutory filings.
• Manage and review TDS, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Review ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting practices in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, accounts payable,



and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Supervise the accounts team and establish effective internal financial controls. Eligibility & Required Skills
• Chartered Accountant (CA) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant qualifications and strong practical experience in Finance & Accounts may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and detailed accounting.
• Good understanding of applicable Accounting Standards and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Salary₹4.80 lakh to ₹7.20 lakh per annum for CA candidates. The final package may vary depending on technical knowledge, qualifications, practical exposure, and experience.
