Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, meeting prospective clients, generating business leads and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct field visits to hospitals, clinics, businesses and other potential clients.
* Identify and generate recent business leads through market research, networking and direct outreach.
* Meet hospital owners, directors, management teams and business decision-makers to introduce our marketing services.
* Explain our digital marketing, branding and promotional solutions to prospective clients.
* Schedule client meetings, present proposals and follow up to convert leads into business.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.




* Coordinate with the internal digital marketing and creative teams to understand client requirements.
* Maintain daily field visit records, lead databases and follow-up reports.
* Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting and client acquisition targets. Requirements & Skills
* 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development or a similar role.
* Graduate in any discipline; marketing or business-related qualifications preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Confidence in conducting face-to-face client meetings.
* Willingness to travel locally for client visits and business development.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media services.
* Self-motivated, organized and target-oriented.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and reporting. Preferred: Experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, B2B sales or advertising agency business development. Compensation & Growth
* Monthly fixed salary of ₹15,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability.
