Role Description The Electrician at The Big Barbeque will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures across the restaurant premises in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves conducting regular inspections, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance on lighting, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and power supply units, and coordinating with management and vendors for necessary repairs or upgrades.



The Electrician will also maintain documentation of work performed, support energy-efficient solutions, and respond promptly to any electrical emergencies to minimize operational downtime. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust knowledge of electricity and basic electrical principles.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in electrical work, including installation and wiring.
• Candidates should possess experience in maintenance & repair of electrical equipment and systems.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.
• Candidates should possess a background in electrical engineering or equivalent technical training.
• Relevant electrician certification, license, or ITI/diploma in electrical trade is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures, local electrical codes, and regulatory standards.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Previous experience in hospitality, commercial kitchens, or large facilities is an added advantage.
