Company Description NURA – Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening is a collaboration between Fujifilm Healthcare and Dr Kutty’s Healthcare, combining advanced AI-enabled imaging with expert clinical care. The organization focuses on regular screening programs to detect cancers and lifestyle-related diseases in asymptomatic individuals at an early stage. By identifying conditions early, NURA aims to lower health risks and improve the likelihood of successful treatment outcomes. NURA operates dedicated screening centers in multiple Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, and Chennai, providing accessible preventive health services. Role Description The Molecular Biologist will work full time on-site at the NURA center in Chennai, supporting AI-driven screening and diagnostic workflows. Responsibilities include planning and conducting molecular biology experiments, performing DNA sequencing and related assays, and maintaining high-quality laboratory practices and documentation. The role involves collaborating with clinicians and technical teams to interpret biological data, validating and troubleshooting protocols, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Molecular Biologist will also contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes,



assist in method development, and help integrate new molecular techniques that enhance NURA’s preventive health screening capabilities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess experience in Sequencing and DNA Sequencing techniques, including sample preparation and data interpretation.
• Candidates should possess applied Microbiology skills relevant to clinical and preventive health screening environments.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with quality control, biosafety standards, and laboratory information management systems.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related life science discipline; PhD is an advantage. Wirh 5 Yr experience
• Prior experience in a clinical, diagnostic, or research laboratory setting, preferably in oncology, genomics, or preventive health.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to follow and optimize standard operating procedures.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, with readiness to work on-site in Chennai.
