Experience:
5+ Years ? Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Team Lead with solid expertise in Application Security, Cybersecurity Engineering, vulnerability management, and secure software development practices. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
• Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and cyber risk analysis.
• Perform application security reviews, code reviews, and Static/Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST).
• Identify security risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CPRA, SOX, and PCI-DSS requirements.
• Secure cloud environments, web applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Engineering, Architecture, and Project Management teams.
• Support security incident resolution, secure coding awareness,



and continuous improvement initiatives. ? Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Application Security, or Information Security.
• Strong knowledge of SSDLC, secure coding, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Qualys, SonarQube, Detectify, GitHub Advanced Security, or equivalent.
• Experience in application security assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and cloud security.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. ? Mandatory Certification – At Least One ✅ CISSP ✅ CSSLP ✅ SSCP ✅ GWEB or an equivalent cybersecurity certification ? Good to Have
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD security integrations, Kubernetes, and container security.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security and Zero Trust Architecture.
