Key Responsibilities
• Hands-on experience in robot operation and programming using IGM, CLOOS, or FANUC robots.
• Knowledge of TCP adjustment and robot calibration.
• Feed parts to the robot and monitor the welding process.
• Identify and correct weld defects such as cold lap, porosity, and undercut.
• Perform daily robot maintenance, including cleaning and checking loose connections.
• Ensure welding processes meet production standards.
• Hands-on experience in heavy welding. Technical Competencies
• Robot operation, teaching, and program correction.
• TCP adjustment and calibration.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Hands-on MIG welding experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office. Target Companies / Industry Candidates from the heavy construction equipment manufacturing industry are preferred, particularly those with relevant experience at companies such as CNH, Hyundai, and Rane.
