Role Description The Rm/RO/SM/DSA Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves sourcing and managing housing loan applications, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and supporting them through the end-to-end loan process, from initial inquiry to disbursement. The manager will coordinate with internal teams for documentation, credit assessment, and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales and portfolio targets, monitoring loan performance, and engaging with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)



and other channel partners to drive business growth. The role also requires regular market visits, local area networking, and providing customer service that reflects the organization’s commitment to accessible and affordable housing finance. Qualifications
• Proven experience in housing finance, retail lending, or banking sales, with the ability to manage customer relationships and loan portfolios.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, including experience working with DSAs and other distribution channels.
• Ability to handle loan documentation, basic credit understanding, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to interact with diverse customer segments in local markets.
• Comfort with fieldwork, local market visits, and in office customer meetings in and around Lucknow.
• Basic computer proficiency for maintaining records, using CRM or loan management systems, and preparing simple reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in finance, business, or commerce is an advantage.
• Prior experience in housing finance, NBFCs, or related financial services in Uttar Pradesh or nearby regions is preferred.
