About the role
Sound Engineering at Pocket FM goes beyond technical execution, it is the process of shaping narrative through audio. A Sound Engineer builds tension, emotion, and presence through deliberate sound choices. Every mix you create becomes the listener’s world. We believe sound should not just be heard, it should stay with the listener. Core responsibilities
• Craft: Edit, mix, and master fiction-based audio content
• Immerse: Design immersive ambiences, textures, and FX
• Balance: Perfect dialogue, music, and environmental layers for clarity
• Optimize: Deliver platform-optimized output for headphones and mobile
