DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for end-user devices, software applications, and basic network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have robust troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.
• Perform hardware installations, upgrades, repairs, and break-fix activities.
• Deploy and image desktops and laptops using standard enterprise procedures.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and Active Directory administration.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).




• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and support procedures. Basic Networking Responsibilities
• Understand TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of LAN/WAN environments.
• Understand network switches, routers, and VLAN concepts.
• Diagnose network cable, switch port, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN and remote access connections.
• Support network printers and shared network resources. Required Skills
