Role Description The Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Demand Planning & Replenishment) is a full-time, in office role based in Saket. This role is responsible for forecasting demand across product lines, analyzing sales and inventory data, and developing replenishment plans to ensure optimal stock levels for sneakers, streetwear, and related products. Day-to-day tasks include preparing demand forecasts, monitoring stock performance, coordinating with buying, merchandising, and operations teams, and adjusting replenishment strategies based on sales trends and promotions. The role also involves identifying supply chain risks, recommending process improvements, creating reports and dashboards for leadership, and supporting decisions related to product lifecycle, new launches, and clearance strategies.



The Senior Supply Chain Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain product availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts. Working Days : Monday

• Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning skills, including experience with forecasting methods, trend analysis, and scenario planning.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, such as data modeling, KPI tracking, and proficiency with spreadsheets or analytics tools.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, including replenishment processes, vendor coordination, and order management.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, with experience optimizing stock levels, managing safety stock, and reducing stockouts and excess.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in retail or e-commerce, familiarity with fashion or footwear categories, and prior work in demand planning or supply chain analytics roles.
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP or planning systems.
