Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing AI agent workflows for client and internal projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, requiring close collaboration with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for agent-driven automation, and translating requirements into actionable workflow designs within Doddle’s AI agent OS. The role involves conducting discovery sessions with stakeholders, configuring and testing agents, documenting implementation plans, and monitoring performance to refine workflows over time. The strategist will also create best practices, playbooks, and training materials,



and support onboarding efforts to ensure effective adoption of AI-driven project execution. Qualifications
• Robust analytical and process-mapping skills, with the ability to break complex workflows into clear, automatable steps.
• Experience working with AI tools, automation platforms, or SaaS products, including configuring and optimizing workflows or integrations.
• Background in product, operations, consulting, or project management, with hands-on experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitating discovery sessions and presenting implementation plans to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to document processes, create playbooks, and develop training resources that support scalable adoption of AI-driven workflows.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive approach to experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with data-driven decision making, including using metrics and user feedback to refine implementations and measure impact.
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools and project management methodologies; prior experience in AI or automation strategy is a strong plus.
