Business Analyst – Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) ? Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai & Gurugram ?

Experience:
5–10 years ⏳ Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives products, trading processes, and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR).

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, QA, and risk teams.
• Understand derivatives products, trading workflows, and financial markets.
• Analyse requirements related to Counterparty Credit Risk and risk management systems.
• Coordinate UAT, functional testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.




• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support end-to-end project delivery. Required Skills
• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Robust understanding of derivatives products and trading processes.
• Knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and risk management systems.
• Experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, stakeholder management, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Capital Markets or Investment Banking project experience.
• Familiarity with financial risk systems and trading platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
