About the Role
Amitus World Immigration is looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration processes, visa documentation, client counselling, and application management for overseas opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Counsel clients regarding immigration options, including work visas, tourist visas, permanent residency (PR), and spousal visas.
• Assess client profiles based on education, work experience, skills, and immigration objectives.
• Explain eligibility criteria, application procedures, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees.
• Review client documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with application preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on their application status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and a positive client experience.




• Maintain accurate client records and follow company policies and applicable immigration regulations.
• Support lead conversion through professional counselling and timely follow-ups.
• Ensure all guidance is transparent, ethical, and based on current immigration requirements. Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in immigration consultancy.
• Knowledge of PR, tourist visas, work permits, and spousal visa processes.
• Strong communication, counselling, and client-handling skills.
• Good understanding of immigration documentation and application procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and client management systems.
• A client-focused attitude with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
