About the Role
Good Universe is hiring a Project Associate for a skill development programme running in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. You will be responsible for end-to-end monitoring, coordination and reporting, working closely with our field team. This programme will train students from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges in technical trades, with hands-on lab training, certification and placement support. For many first-generation learners, this is a real path to stable, skilled work. Responsibilities 1. Monitor the programme from start to finish against its timeline,



and flag delays or issues early. 2. Coordinate day to day with the field team and partners in both cities. 3. Track attendance, progress and outcomes, and check that the data reported is accurate. 4. Visit sites regularly to observe training and resolve problems on the spot. 5. Prepare accurate weekly, monthly and final reports on time. 6. Keep records and documents organised and ready for review or audit. 7. Travel to Bengaluru frequently for site visits and reviews. Requirements 1. Graduate in any discipline, with 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating programmes, preferably in skilling, livelihoods or education. Candidates with a background in Social Work will be given priority. 2. Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and in report writing. 3. Good English and Telugu or Hindi. 4.
