? We’re Hiring: US Restaurant Order Processing & Operations Executive

Full-Time Shift: Night Shift (8–9 Hours) Communication: Excellent English Required

About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and confident communicator to manage restaurant orders for the US market. The candidate will use software to receive and process orders, share order details with hotel/restaurant management, and communicate with restaurants over phone calls to ensure accurate and timely order handling.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process customer orders using company software.
• Enter order details accurately into the system.
• Send order information to the appropriate hotel or restaurant management team.
• Call restaurants in the USA to communicate order details and confirm information.
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to resolve order-related queries.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures.
• Handle calls professionally and provide clear, effective communication. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Confidence in making skilled phone calls to restaurants in the USA.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn and operate software.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.




• Ability to multitask and manage orders accurately.
• Willingness to work a night shift of 8–9 hours.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Tamil and Telugu will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support, order processing, restaurant operations, BPO, or international voice processes is preferred.
• Experience using order management software is a plus.
