Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role oversees daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, event spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met. The Housekeeping Supervisor assigns and monitors tasks for housekeeping and laundry teams, inspects completed work, and supports training and performance feedback to maintain quality and efficiency. The role works closely with Front Office and Events teams to prepare rooms and venues according to occupancy, event schedules,



and special guest requirements. The Housekeeping Supervisor also handles guest requests and service recovery, manages inventory of linens and cleaning supplies, and ensures adherence to health, hygiene, and safety protocols. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience leading housekeeping teams, including task allocation, quality checks, and coaching.
• Candidates should possess solid Housekeeping expertise, including room cleaning standards, public area maintenance, and knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.
• Candidates should possess Laundry operations skills, such as handling linens, using laundry equipment, and managing garment care and turnaround times.
• Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to address guest requests, resolve complaints, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for coordinating with team members, other departments, and management in a fast-paced workplace.
• Prior experience in hospitality housekeeping supervision, preferably in resorts, hotels, or convention centers.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
• Knowledge of inventory control for cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens is beneficial.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or basic computer skills is an advantage.
