Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Meta & Google Ads Executive who can plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Display.
• Generate quality leads while maintaining a cost-effective CPL.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Track conversions and prepare regular performance reports.
• Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI.




• Work with the design and content teams to improve ad performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform changes. Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing real client campaigns and advertising budgets.
• Positive understanding of lead generation, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• A results-focused approach and willingness to learn.
