Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and recommend suitable products and services across financial planning, investment management, tax, and insurance. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, reviewing portfolios, explaining financial strategies, and ensuring smooth execution of transactions and documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and advisors to deliver customized solutions, monitoring client satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client value.



The Relationship Manager will also support business development activities, follow compliance and regulatory requirements, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen client service standards. Qualifications
• Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Solid knowledge of financial planning, investment products, wealth management, tax consulting, and insurance solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, simple language.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and financial platforms to manage client data, track portfolios, and prepare reports.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs, interpret market information, and recommend suitable strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, NISM) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical advisory practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, and meet targets and timelines.
