Role Description The Customer Service Executive – Used Commercial Vehicle Finance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gujarat, India. The role involves handling customer queries related to used commercial vehicle finance products, providing accurate information on loan terms, documentation, and repayment options, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The executive will support customers through application and post-disbursement stages, coordinate with internal teams for case updates, and maintain clear records of interactions in line with company processes.



Daily responsibilities also include monitoring customer satisfaction, managing service requests, escalating complex cases when required, and contributing to service quality and retention initiatives within the used commercial vehicle finance segment. Qualifications
• Strong customer interaction capabilities, including Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service.
• Experience in frontline Customer Support and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Understanding of Customer Service Management practices, including handling escalations and service tracking.
• Prior experience in vehicle finance, commercial finance, or related financial services is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages spoken in Gujarat.
• Comfort with on-site customer engagement, documentation handling, and basic computer systems.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented mindset, integrity in handling customer information, and readiness to work in a target-driven environment.
