Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Hiring for one of the Big 4's Clients Overview Support end-to-end Microsoft 365 Mailbox and OneDrive migrations using BitTitan MigrationWiz. The role involves project configuration, batch execution, monitoring, validation, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities
• Support migration delivery from discovery and readiness assessment through cutover, hypercare, and closure.
• Collect and validate inventories for user, shared, resource, and archive mailboxes, along with OneDrive accounts.
• Configure MigrationWiz projects, endpoints, credentials, licenses, advanced options, and migration batches.
• Perform connectivity checks, pilot migrations, pre-stage passes, delta/full migrations, and final cutovers.
• Execute Exchange Online and OneDrive migrations within approved migration waves.
• Monitor dashboards, throughput, warnings, errors, throttling, and license usage.
• Validate mailboxes, folders, calendars,



contacts, sharing, and OneDrive data.
• Maintain migration reports, issue logs, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Support bridge calls, change activities, weekend cutovers, and hypercare.
• Escalate complex design, security, and data-integrity issues to L3. Requirements
• Must have Microsoft 365 migration experience
• Hands-on BitTitan MigrationWiz configuration and execution
• Exchange Online administration and migration knowledge
• Mail Flow, SMTP, DNS, Autodiscover, and Archive Mailboxes
• Pilot, Pre-stage, Delta, Full, and Cutover migrations
• Microsoft Entra ID and Contemporary Authentication
• PowerShell (Basic to Intermediate)
