About Taksheela Institute of Education Taksheela Institute of Education (TIE) is a study-abroad consultancy with over a decade of experience guiding students to prestigious global institutions and affordable European public universities. TIE offers personalised counselling, profile building and end-to-end admissions guidance, with reported student admissions to the Technical University of Munich, University of Stuttgart and University of Bonn. Its StudyMatch platform supports technology-enabled university shortlisting. Role Overview We seek a hands-on specialist who can independently assess student eligibility, shortlist public universities and manage applications across Germany, with knowledge of Italy and the Netherlands. The role combines accurate admissions execution with trusted student and parent counselling.

Key Responsibilities
· Assess transcripts, grades, subject credits, programme prerequisites and language requirements; build realistic university shortlists aligned to students’ goals and budgets.
· Manage German public-university applications via uni-assist, VPD and direct portals; guide APS requirements and document readiness.
· Own intake planning, application calendars, deadlines, SOPs/motivation letters, CVs and LOR checklists; ensure complete and timely submissions.
· Guide Italian public-university routes (including Universitaly, CIMEA/DOV and relevant scholarships) and support Netherlands admissions where applicable.
· Conduct independent student and parent counselling; explain academic fit, costs, scholarships, admission prospects and next steps without guaranteeing offers.




· Manage assigned students from assessment to admission; coordinate with visa, financial and pre-departure support teams.
· Maintain accurate CRM records, trackers and status reporting; contribute reliable university eligibility information to StudyMatch.
· Support conversion of qualified enquiries to paid counselling clients in coordination with the Business Head. Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; 3–6 years in overseas education counselling or European university admissions.
· Proven independent handling of German public-university applications and practical knowledge of APS, uni-assist and VPD.
· Solid academic eligibility assessment, documentation, English communication, counselling and deadline-management skills.
· Comfortable managing multiple student cases and maintaining CRM/Excel application trackers. Preferred Experience Admissions exposure to German institutions such as TUM, TU Berlin, RWTH Aachen and the University of Stuttgart; Italian public-university admissions and scholarships; Netherlands admissions.
