About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, lead the creative team, and drive end-to-end social media strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Team Management: Lead and coordinate designers, video editors, content writers, and social media executives to ensure timely delivery and quality work.
* Client Management: Handle multiple clients, understand their requirements, conduct meetings, and present creative ideas and strategies.
* Strategy & Creativity: Develop social media strategies, monthly content calendars, engaging campaigns, reels, and innovative content ideas.
* Multi-Industry

Experience:
Manage clients across Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, and Fashion industries.




* Execution & Quality Control: Assign tasks, review content, incorporate client feedback, and ensure timely posting.
* Performance & Reporting: Track engagement, reach, and growth, and prepare monthly performance reports. Requirements
* 3–4 years of experience in social media management in a digital marketing agency.
* Proven experience managing multiple clients and leading creative teams.
* Solid understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and creative campaigns.
* Excellent client communication, team coordination, and project management skills.
* Ability to take ownership of strategy, execution, and team deliverables.
