Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager at Homesurf is a full-time, on-site role based in Madgaon. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow the company’s client base and service revenue. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships with existing customers. The Sales Marketing Manager will plan and run promotional campaigns, coordinate digital and offline marketing activities, and analyze market trends and performance data to refine strategies. The role also involves collaborating closely with operations and facility management teams to ensure service offerings align with client needs and brand positioning.



Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in sales planning, lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals in services or facility management environments.
• Experience with marketing strategy, campaign planning, brand positioning, and basic digital marketing practices (e.g., social media, email campaigns).
• Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Proven skills in market research, data analysis, and reporting to track performance and inform decision-making.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on-site.
• Comfort working closely with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to translate service capabilities into compelling sales propositions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in facility management, real estate services, or home improvement sectors is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to work in Madgaon on-site and travel within Goa as needed for client meetings and business development.
