No prior work experience is required — training will be provided. The role focuses exclusively on social media marketing: content creation, platform understanding, and brand presence. This is not a lead generation or sales role.

Key Responsibilities
• Learn and assist in creating a social media content calendar for an Indian healthcare and wellness audience.
• Plan and design simple, engaging posts, infographics, and reels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Write captions and short-form content in clear, simple English (Hindi is an advantage).
• Learn to schedule posts, use hashtags appropriately, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Observe and report basic page performance metrics such as reach, likes, saves, and comments. No lead generation or sales outreach is involved.




• Attend short training sessions and apply the learning in the same week.
• Maintain a simple weekly learning log and content tracker. Eligibility
• Currently enrolled college students from any stream (marketing, commerce, arts, science, healthcare, etc.).
• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Canva, or willingness to learn.
• Good written English; Hindi is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and maintain consistency.
• Access to a smartphone or laptop and a stable internet connection. What This Internship OffersSmall, focused batch Only 5 interns will be selected, allowing for direct attention and feedback from the leadership team. Training-first approach Structured, personalised online training in social media marketing. Interns learn by doing, working on practice projects and real content formats, and receiving feedback. Student-friendly commitment A maximum of 2 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, with flexible scheduling and no pressure. The internship is fully remote and designed to fit around college. Portfolio and recognition Interns complete the programme with a portfolio of social media work they can present during placements. A Certificate of Completion is provided, along with a Letter of Recommendation for strong performers. Outstanding interns may be featured on the company website and LinkedIn page.
