Job Description
Looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Finance Manager to independently manage the entire Finance & Accounts Department, with strong focus on project-wise accounting, cost control and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
* Maintain project-wise accounts with detailed tracking of every receipt, purchase, expense, labour cost, vendor bill and payment.
* Track project budgets, BOQ versus actual costs, committed costs, variations and profitability.




* Monitor client billing, milestone payments, advances, retention money and outstanding collections.
* Verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, subcontractor bills and site expenses before payment.
* Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliation, working capital and payment schedules.
* Prepare project-wise P&L;, cost sheets, budget variance reports and monthly MIS.
* Track overheads, payroll, reimbursements and administrative expenses.
* Coordinate with project managers, procurement, external CA, auditors and banks.
* Establish financial controls, documentation systems and approval workflows. Requirements

Com candidates with robust relevant experience may apply.
* 5–8 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounts.
* Construction, interior design, real estate or turnkey contracting experience strongly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Excel and Tally Prime/Zoho Books.
* Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to manage the entire finance function independently. Key Expectation: Every project must have accurate, up-to-date financial records, with complete visibility into budget, actual expenditure, pending commitments, collections and final profitability.
