Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager – Operations & Grants at AIIF, based in Coimbatore.
• Manage incubator operations, trackers, workflows, and reporting systems
• Identify, apply and track relevant grants, schemes, CSR opportunities, and funding programs
• Coordinate proposal preparation, documentation, and timely submissions
• Support startup cohorts through milestone tracking and operational execution
• Build dashboards for management review and strategic decisions




• Coordinate internal departments, mentors, founders, and ecosystem partners
• Ensure smooth delivery of strategic initiatives and zero missed deadlines Qualifications
• Operational management, planning, and coordination skills
• Proven ability to manage grants, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with funding requirements
• 3–8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in incubators, startups, grants, PMO, consulting, CSR, or innovation ecosystem roles
• Solid communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and execution speed
• Strong Excel / PowerPoint / Google Workspace skills / Proficient in AI Tools
