Relevant experience in Sales/Admission Counselling preferred ? Working Days: 6 Days a Week Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, understand their educational needs, recommend suitable programs, and achieve admission & sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads and conduct outbound calls/emails.
• Counsel students and parents on programs and admission processes.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Assist students with applications, documentation, and deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with students/parents.
• Update and manage leads through CRM.

Requirements:
• Strong communication, listening & presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with a robust sales mindset.
• Good lead conversion and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
