Job Description
Your Role
• Analyze, design, and implement SAP CS solutions covering Service Orders, Service Notifications, Warranty Management, and Installed Base functionalities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP CS processes integrated with SAP SD, MM, PM, and FI modules.
• Support end-to-end project activities including workshops, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Drive process improvements and provide functional expertise to optimize customer service operations and field service management.

Your Profile
• 6-12 years of experience in SAP CS (customer Service) with strong expertise in Service Management, Service Contracts, Repairs,



and Warranty Processes.
• Hands-on experience in SAP CS configuration, integration with cross-functional modules, and support for end-to-end business processes.
• Robust understanding of business requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global environments and deliver high-quality customer-focused solutions. Preferred

Skills:
SAP S/4HANA Service, Field Service Management (FSM), SAP SD integration, Service Analytics, Incident & Change Management, and Agile project delivery.
