Lucknow (Work from Office/Site) Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Employment Type: Full time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Position Summary: We are seeking dynamic and experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Support Engineers to manage, scale, and secure our corporate IT infrastructure, site offices, and upcoming real estate project locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of networking, cloud, virtualization, and IT compliance expertise to ensure seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Network & Infrastructure Design: Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining robust LAN, SD-WAN, enterprise grade Wi-Fi networks, Voice Communications, secure VPN architectures and CCTV Surveillance setups across corporate offices and remote real estate sites.
• Network Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor network security protocols, firewall policies, and conduct / meet rigorous IT General Controls (IT GC) and IT Access Control (IT AC) audits and compliances.




• Cloud & Virtualization: Manage Virtual Machines (VMs), hypervisors, and enterprise Cloud solutions to support scalable business workloads.
• Infrastructure Operations: Provide end-to-end troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization for hardware, software, servers, and peripherals.
• Value-Add Skill: Prior working knowledge or hands-on experience in SAP Basis support will be a distinct advantage. Candidate Profile &

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within real estate, construction, or large-scale multi-site environments.
• Strong technical command over SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, VMs, and Cloud deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to handle on-site technical deployments, and readiness to join immediately.
