Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Noida. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce real estate services, explain property options, and generate interest in available projects. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, answering basic queries, scheduling appointments for site visits or consultations, and updating call records in the CRM or tracking system. The role involves following call scripts, meeting call and conversion targets, coordinating with the sales team, and providing courteous, consistent customer service. The Telemarketer is expected to maintain a professional phone presence,



adhere to company policies, and participate in regular training or briefings on recent projects. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage confidently with a wide range of clients over the phone.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and build trust with prospective customers.
