Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Excel Data Entry role based at the Kolkata office. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in Excel spreadsheets and company databases, including product details, inventory records, sales information, and customer data. The Excel Data Entry team member will regularly verify data for correctness, identify and correct discrepancies, and organize files for easy retrieval and reporting. The role also includes preparing basic Excel reports, supporting internal documentation needs, and coordinating with colleagues in operations, sales, and accounting to ensure data is timely, complete, and reliable.



Adherence to data confidentiality, company procedures, and established quality standards is an important part of the daily responsibilities. Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formatting, basic formulas, and sorting/filtering.
• Accurate typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to check and verify large volumes of data.
• Basic understanding of data management practices, record keeping, and file organization.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with on-site teams in a busy textile business environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and work systematically to meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in data entry, office administration, or back-office operations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory or sales data in textiles or retail sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; additional training in computers or office applications is preferred.
