Role Description The 3D Designer will be responsible for translating event concepts into detailed 3D visualizations, including stage designs, sets, installations, and spatial layouts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include creating 3D models, rendering realistic environments, collaborating closely with the creative and production teams, and refining designs based on feedback and technical constraints. The role involves preparing design presentations, coordinating with lighting and sound teams to ensure feasibility, and supporting fabrication with accurate measurements and production-ready files.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, requiring regular interaction with the in-house art, production, and technical teams to bring designs to life for live events. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for event sets, stages, and environments.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Lighting to support realistic renderings and stage/venue visual planning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design to create event-related visuals, layouts, and supporting collateral.
• Candidates should possess foundational skills in Animation to produce simple motion visuals, walkthroughs, or concept previews.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant experience in event, exhibition, stage, or set design, with a portfolio showcasing 3D work, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret briefs, and readiness to iterate designs under tight timelines are essential.
• A diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Animation, Architecture, or a related field is advantageous.
• Effective collaboration skills and the ability to work on-site with cross-functional creative, production, and technical teams are required.
